About
The American Coalition for Ukraine is a U.S.-based nonprofit coalition created to mobilize and coordinate advocacy efforts among supporters of Ukraine in the United States. Founded in 2022 by a group of U.S.-based nonprofit organizations, the Coalition works to strengthen American support for Ukraine, raise awareness about Ukrainian culture, history, and current events, and build a united community of Ukraine supporters.
The organization provides educational resources, coordinates advocacy actions, supports public awareness efforts, and brings together member organizations from across the country. Through its Action Center, fact sheets, member network, and civic engagement tools, the American Coalition for Ukraine helps individuals and organizations participate more effectively in advocacy for Ukraine.
One of its major initiatives is the Ukraine Action Summit, a bi-annual event in Washington, D.C. that unites individuals and organizations to learn, connect, and advocate for continued U.S. support of Ukraine’s defense, recovery, and democratic future. Through coordinated advocacy, education, and coalition-building, ACU serves as an important national platform for strengthening U.S. support for Ukraine.
