The Ukrainian-American Portal (UAPortal) is a nonpartisan civic advocacy platform operated by Svitanok NYC Inc., a registered U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The platform empowers Ukrainian Americans and supporters of Ukraine to engage directly with the U.S. Congress by providing accessible tools, legislative information, and advocacy resources that help citizens participate effectively in the democratic process.
UAPortal brings together congressional directories, live bill tracking, voting records, cosponsorship analytics, advocacy training, ZIP code representative lookup, Action Center tools, call scripts, letter generators, and state-level advocacy resources in one centralized platform. Its mission is to make legislative engagement simple, data-driven, and accessible while strengthening support for Ukraine through informed civic participation.
