About
Ukraine Partnership Foundation is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports Christian leadership development, humanitarian care, and community-centered ministry in Ukraine. The organization primarily supports Ukrainian Baptist Theological Seminary, the Institute for Leadership & Coaching, and WeCare Centers across Ukraine.
UPF was established as an independent charitable organization in 2011 after years of support for Ukrainian Baptist Theological Seminary. Its mission is focused on raising dynamic Christian leaders in Ukraine and helping build communities shaped by service, integrity, leadership, and faith-based care.
Through WeCare Centers, UPF also supports practical relief for vulnerable Ukrainians, including people affected by the war. The centers provide physical, emotional, and spiritual care, helping communities respond to urgent needs while strengthening local leadership and long-term resilience.
