Tetiana Dudiak is a producer and the Co-Founder & COO of ÉSTE Management Company, where she oversees talent development, creative production, and the execution of major projects in film, advertising, and event production across the United States. She holds a degree in Radio and Journalism from WWSH University in Warsaw.
Her experience includes serving as the General Producer of Resilience and collaborating with well-known artists, including Eurovision winners, Kalush Orchestra, Boombox, Tina Karol, and Verka Serduchka. Tetiana also partners with Ukrainian Roots Community as a producer and co-organizer of high-profile events such as Fashion Dinner with Andre Tan in New York and Chicago, as well as the large-scale music project The Voice of Freedom.
