About
Daar Foundation is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing humanitarian aid to the people of Ukraine through its Stand With Ukraine initiative. Founded by the Bleyzer family, Ukrainian-American immigrants from the Kharkiv region, the organization has operated with a Ukraine-focused mission for more than twenty years and uses its local network to deliver support directly to communities affected by war.
The foundation focuses on helping Ukrainians who remain inside the country, including people in conflict zones, hospitals, clinics, volunteer groups, local NGOs, and civilian support networks. Its aid includes medical supplies, medicine, water treatment devices, rations, blankets, clothing, childcare supplies, personal protective gear, generators, solar power stations, food, and other non-weaponry items needed for safety, protection, and care.
Beyond direct shipments, Daar Foundation works with U.S.-based nonprofit partners, warehouses near Ukraine’s borders, logistics providers, and local organizations operating on the ground in Ukraine. Through donations, volunteer support, supply sourcing, and partner campaigns, the foundation helps move critical humanitarian resources from donors and suppliers to the people and institutions that need them most.
