Prytula Foundation U.S.A. is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2024 in Chicago, Illinois, as part of the global humanitarian initiative founded by Serhiy Prytula. The foundation unites the Ukrainian diaspora, American donors, international partners, and community supporters to provide critical humanitarian aid for Ukraine during wartime and recovery.
The foundation supports war-affected communities through humanitarian programs focused on medical supplies, direct assistance, logistics, transportation, humanitarian demining, healthcare, education, crisis response, safe communities, and long-term recovery. Its work helps frontline and de-occupied regions restore safer living conditions, maintain access to essential services, and support civilians facing the consequences of the war.
Beyond fundraising, Prytula Foundation U.S.A. emphasizes transparency, donor accountability, efficient aid distribution, and strictly humanitarian assistance.
